The Africa workshop will be delivered by master trainers from six focus countries - Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Zambia - in collaboration with CEDPA trainers. The three-week workshop is intensive and highly participatory, providing a supportive learning environment for south-south exchange of best practices. Participants will develop a greater appreciation for their individual leadership styles and capabilities and enhance their program management, financial sustainability and advocacy competencies. Only applications from women fluent in English and living/working in the 6 focus countries will be accepted. Application deadline: 21 September 2007
